Add Hoc Sound Bath Experience(own theme choice)
Lay on a bed or on the floor on a mat or blanket. Have a blanket over you especially for the colder months. Have two pillows to support your neck as you watch the video. Keep the video to play again as folk can fall asleep with the calming tones. For a replay relax and close your eyes so that you can immerse in the healing sounds of the bowls and voice. Watch the video again so you can see how the bowls interweave their sounds for soothing and rejuventing.
