lay on a bed or on the floor on a mat or a blanket, or sit in a chair. Have pillows for your head so that you can watch the video without straining your neck. Have a blanket to put over you especially in the colder months.

participants will be asked to lay on the floor or sit in a chair if that is better for them so they can relax. The Sound Bath will start with a short introdudtion of natural sounds of your choice. You will be supported into a relaxed state, starting with deep slow breaths. The Tibetan Bowls will then be played followed by some vocal overtone singing and then on into playing the Quartz Crystal bowls. This Experience immerses you in sound, hence the moniker now widely used as calling it a "Sound Bath". This is a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
