Engagement Sound Bath Experience
Lay on a bed, or a mat or blanket on the floor with a pillow or two so you are able to relax or sit in a chair. Use a blanket over you in cooler weather. Make sure you can see the video without straining your head. The experience may make you drift into sleep so make sure you save you video so that you can watch it again.
participants will be asked to lay on the floor or sit in a chair if that is better for them so they can relax. The Sound Bath will start with a short introdudtion of natural sounds of your choice. You will be supported into a relaxed state, starting with deep slow breaths. The Tibetan Bowls will then be played followed by some vocal overtone singing and then on into playing the Quartz Crystal bowls. This Experience immerses you in sound, hence the moniker now widely used as calling it a "Sound Bath". This is a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
