Hen Party Sound Bath Experience
As this is for a group - I suggest that you sit in comfortable chairs and watch this video ahead of your party time. I will prepare an intro for this occasion with natural sounds to help you focus and engage your mind and body. This video can then be replayed another time, with participants laying down and really engaging with the sound of the Tibetan bowls and Crystal Bowls, that will help your relax as the sounds help you immerse into calmness and wellbeing.
participants will be asked to lay on the floor or sit in a chair if that is better for them so they can relax. The Sound Bath will start with a short introdudtion of natural sounds of your choice. You will be supported into a relaxed state, starting with deep slow breaths. The Tibetan Bowls will then be played followed by some vocal overtone singing and then on into playing the Quartz Crystal bowls. This Experience immerses you in sound, hence the moniker now widely used as calling it a "Sound Bath". This is a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
