Please set aside some time for this experience. Please watch the Sound Bath Video first, sitting in a chair, as you may well fall asleep! Then relax on a bed with a blanket especially in the colder months and use two pillows so your neck is supported. Replay the video with your eyes closed so that you can be totally immersed in the sound as well as having watched the video.

Enjoy your Sound Bath
participants will be asked to lay on the floor or sit in a chair if that is better for them so they can relax. The Sound Bath will start with a short introdudtion of natural sounds of your choice. You will be supported into a relaxed state, starting with deep slow breaths. The Tibetan Bowls will then be played followed by some vocal overtone singing and then on into playing the Quartz Crystal bowls. This Experience immerses you in sound, hence the moniker now widely used as calling it a "Sound Bath". This is a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
